We point you toward haircuts, dentists, eye doctors, sensory-friendly clothing, and spaces near you that actually work for your kid.
School & Learning
We help you find your way through IEP and 504 navigation, and connect you with tutoring, social skills groups, and advocates who'll sit in the room with you.
Executive Functioning & Life Skills
We link you up with coaching for kids and parents — organization, routines, transitions, and the daily stuff that never shows up on a diagnosis.
Communication & Assistive Technology
We find you AAC devices, communication apps, and the right tech specialists for how your kid actually communicates.
Mental Health & Family Support
We connect you with therapy for parents and siblings, support groups, and respite care — because the whole family needs support.

Ways to Work Together
Pre-Diagnosis Support
For families who don't have a diagnosis yet and don't know where to start.
- Phase 1 — Find the Right Evaluator ($450): we help you find and connect with the right psychologist or evaluator for your child, based on your family's needs and logistics
- Phase 2 — Build the CarePlan ($445): once your evaluation is complete, we build your full CarePlan around the results — care team, provider matching, and a roadmap forward
Your fee is split across both phases (totaling $895) — no need to pay for support you haven't gotten to yet.
The CarePlan

Your family's roadmap, built by someone who's been where you are.
- Intake form + 1-hour intake call — we start by understanding your family, your child, and where you're stuck
- Preliminary plan within 7 days — a first draft, so you can react, ask questions, and tell us what's missing
- Final CarePlan within 14 days — care team building or restructuring, provider matching, and a plan built around your family's real life
- 30-minute delivery call — we walk through it together, live
- 30-day follow-up — because plans need to breathe before you know what's working

Navigation Hours
Starting at $220/hour
A sounding board when you need to think something through with someone who gets it.
- Purchase in blocks of 1, 3, 5, or 8 hours
- Hours are valid for 12 months from purchase
- Strictly sounding-board support — space to process, strategize, and think through whatever's in front of you
Provider matching is not included, unless you have a CarePlan completed within the last 12 months and your current need aligns with your original plan.

Support for Katie Beckett, CHIPRA, HIPP, Family Support & NOW/COMP applications.
- Hands-on help completing and submitting your application accurately and to the right agency
- Covers Katie Beckett, CHIPRA, HIPP, Family Support, and NOW/COMP programs
- Can be purchased on its own, or bundled with a CarePlan at a discount
