Ways to Work Together

Pre-Diagnosis Support

For families who don't have a diagnosis yet and don't know where to start.

  • Phase 1 — Find the Right Evaluator: we help you find and connect with the right psychologist or evaluator for your child, based on your family's needs and logistics
  • Phase 2 — Build the CarePlan: once your evaluation is complete, we build your full CarePlan around the results — care team, provider matching, and a roadmap forward
Your fee is split across both phases — no need to pay for support you haven't gotten to yet.

The CarePlan

Your family's roadmap, built by someone who's been where you are.

  • Intake form + 1-hour intake call — we start by understanding your family, your child, and where you're stuck.
  • Final CarePlan within 14 days — care team building or restructuring, provider matching, and a plan built around your family's real life.
  • 30-minute delivery call — we walk through it together, on a live call.
  • 1 hour of Parent Coaching — meet one-on-one with a CAE Parent Coach for individualized guidance around behavior, routines, regulation, school concerns, developmental needs, or other challenges that may come up as you begin putting your CarePlan into action.
  • 30-day follow-up — because plans need to breathe before you know what's working.

Navigation Hours

Starting at $220/hour

Ongoing, individualized support for the moments when you need more than a roadmap.

  • Purchase in blocks of 1, 3, 5, or 8 hours
  • Hours are valid for 12 months from purchase
  • Use your hours as needs arise — for behavior challenges, routines, regulation, school concerns, developmental needs, or navigating changes at home
  • Practical, individualized guidance — work one-on-one with your Parent Coach to understand what’s happening, develop strategies, and adjust the plan as your child and family’s needs evolve
Navigation Hours are designed for ongoing caregiver guidance and strategy support. Provider matching and comprehensive care navigation are not included unless they are part of an active CarePlan.

  • Hands-on help completing and submitting your application accurately and to the right agency
