We know a diagnosis doesn't come with a roadmap, so we built a team to navigate it with you and stand right beside you, whether you're two weeks in or ten years in.

where it all began

A mother building the thing she needed and couldn't find.

Nikki has sat in the chair where the diagnosis is delivered. Twice. Her son was diagnosed with autism in 2022, and later ADHD. In 2026, her daughter was diagnosed with autism and ADHD too.

She's made the phone calls that go nowhere, sat on the waitlists, and walked into meetings not sure what to ask for. She has felt the weight of worry and overwhelm. So when other parents started reaching out, she didn't step back. She went deeper, and what began as Oak & Hive Consulting grew into CAE.
