getting started
What is Autism & ADHD Family Navigation?
It's care coordination for families. A dedicated navigator learns your family, matches you with vetted providers, translates reports and recommendations into a clear plan, and stays with you as things change.
Do I need a diagnosis to work with CAE?
No. We work with families before, during and after a diagnosis. If you're still looking for answers, a developmental screening or our pre-diagnosis path is a good place to start.
What ages do you serve?
All ages. For ages 0–3, most families start with a developmental screening or a CarePlan. For ages 4 and up, families work with us through navigation hours, which give you a care team.
Where do you work?
We're based in Metro Atlanta and serve families across Georgia, with most support happening by phone and video.

services and pricing
What is a CarePlan?
A CarePlan is one clear, written plan built around your child: matched providers, a plain-language breakdown of your reports, and where to focus first, and why. It's $1,075 and delivered within 14 days, with a delivery call and a 30-day check-in. A Rush CarePlan in 7 days is available in limited supply.
How do navigation hours work?
Navigation hours are a block of time with your navigator team that you can use for any mix of support: provider matching, IEP review and advocacy, educational consulting, parent coaching, Katie Beckett help and everyday navigation. Packages start at $325.
Do you help with Katie Beckett and Medicaid waivers?
Yes. Katie Beckett Application Support is $850. A Katie Beckett Concierge call is $125 for 30 minutes or $225 for an hour. For CHIPRA, HIPP, Family Support and NOW/COMP applications, ask us for pricing. Learn more.
Do you take insurance?
We don't take insurance, but we do offer accessible payment options, including flexible payments over time, so support stays within reach for your family.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We take Venmo, Zelle, credit card, Apple Pay and ACH, and Affirm for flexible payments over time (subject to Affirm approval). Payment is collected before your first session is confirmed.
What is CAE Circle?
CAE Circle is our parent membership, coming soon: group coaching, parent resources, group chats, events and member-only webinars. It's $19 a month, and your first month is free with any CAE service.
about our recommendations
Do providers pay to be recommended?
Never. CAE doesn't take payment, commissions or referral incentives from any provider we recommend. See our values and transparency commitments.
Do you diagnose or provide therapy?
No. CAE is not a medical or therapy provider, and we don't diagnose. We help you find, compare and coordinate with the professionals who do. Parent coaching is education and support, not treatment.
What if a provider isn't the right fit?
Tell us. Fit matters, and providers change as kids grow. Your navigator will help you adjust the plan and find a better match.

You don't have to figure this out alone.
