our care model

One home for the whole journey.

Autism and ADHD touch every corner of family life, and no one was building a place to hold all of it. So we did. One home that grows with you: from the first “is this normal?” question, to the right providers, to the families who truly understand.

Five ways we help autism and ADHD families

Use one or use them all. Most families start with a free chat, and we'll tell you straight which pieces fit and which don't.
1

Developmental screenings

Available now

We observe your child in a natural school setting and give you a written summary to bring to your pediatrician, school or providers. Early clarity, without the long wait.

2

Diagnostics

Coming soon

A clearer path from worry to answers, with trusted evaluators in our network. Until then, we'll help you find who to see and what the waitlists really look like.

3

Family navigation

Available now

Our care coordination, centered on provider matching. Your navigator is your concierge, your most connected parent friend, and your next-steps strategist. We vet providers, match you with the right ones, show up at IEP meetings and keep the plan moving.

Parent coaching

Available now

Practical, warm, neurodiversity-affirming coaching from an experienced parent coach, for autistic, ADHD and neurodivergent kids. One-on-one sessions and live group Q&A, so you understand the why behind behavior, in plain English, and feel ready for whatever Tuesday brings.

5

Community

Available now

CAE Families is a place to breathe: real-life wisdom from parents and caregivers on a similar path, events, and people who celebrate the wins others might overlook.

behind the scenes

Strong families need strong providers.

Take off the case manager hat

Chasing paperwork, coordinating with schools and other providers, answering “who do we see next?” Our navigators handle it, so you get your hours back for the work only you can do.

Vetted, not just listed

Every provider we refer to is reviewed by our team for credentials, neuro-affirming practice and real availability. Nobody is listed just because they asked.

Referrals that arrive ready

Navigators match families to providers on fit and real waitlists, so providers meet families who are informed, prepared and a good match.

Providers who work together

Our provider events connect SLPs, OTs, BCBAs and feeding specialists across Atlanta, so the care around a child isn't working in silos.
